We help companies and individuals with immigration, federal litigation, and fashion law. Attorney Heidi J. Meyers has more than 31 years of experience in immigration law, since 1995. We currently emphasize federal litigation challenging unlawful USCIS policies and decisions, unreasonable adjudication delays, travel restrictions, inadmissibility issues, and other agency actions affecting immigrants, employers, and families.

Heidi J. Meyers is also General Counsel to the top streetwear brand Stainbandz / SB Studios NYC.

We help immigrants, their businesses, their employers, and their family members with complex immigration issues in an all-enforcement, all-time environment. We can fight for you in federal court — Attorney Meyers is admitted to the Southern District of NY, Eastern District of New York, District of D.C., the Second Circuit, as well as New York State.

Client Confidentiality

Our office values our clients’ confidentiality and privacy. Our law office does not allow Work From Home (WFH) for our paralegals. Our paralegals perform all office work on our law firm computers and devices, and no personal devices are allowed. Paralegals are prohibited from downloading or copying client information onto their personal devices or using their personal phones to conduct law firm work. In-person appointments in the office to discuss your case confidentially with the attorney or bring documents are always available.
